IANZ Accredited Internal Testing Laboratories:
United Steel has internal testing laboratories third party accredited by IANZ (International Accreditation New Zealand).
IANZ accreditation means United Steel testing laboratories are accredited to global standards of competence set by the International Organisation of Standards (ISO).
These competence standards ensure that United Steel testing laboratories can reliably determine the required characteristics of material and products.
The ASNZS 4671:2019 standard requires testing of every batch of reinforcing mesh to ensure the mechanical properties comply. Test certificates for reinforcing products are available on request.
